Physiotherapy
As a Registered Physiotherapist for over 10 years I have a passion for helping people in our community move better. I am fascinated in the connection between brain and body. I spent 10 years treating patients in In-patient Rehabilitation and am now moving back into the community for those who are looking for personalized exercise plans for chronic pain conditions or neurological disorders such as stroke or brain injury.

Yoga/Meditation
Move your body, change your mind. If you are looking for a holistic route to destress, gain clarity, reduce physical pain and improve your strength and flexibility then yoga is it!
Check out our online selection of 20 minute yoga videos and meditation sessions, join a class or book a private yoga lesson to help you reach your personal goals.

Children's Yoga
Yoga is truly for everyone! Why not help your child discover the benefits of movement, balance, and mental focus. These classes are filled with fun, stories, and of course, yoga poses! They will learn the foundations of what it means to live a balanced life so they are ready to take on the world.
We have a variety of classes which are 30 - 45 minutes or book a visit to your class!
